1. Can I use EZRPD™ for free?

Unfortunately, EZRPD™ is not free. You must purchase a license from us in order to use this service.

2. Is it possible to try EZRPD™ before I buy it?

We have included work samples that will include all classes. However, if you needed to test few cases we can arrange that for you. Please contact us with the details of the case and we'll get back to you asap.

3. What are the types of accounts do you have?

Standard for students and Professional for businesses.

4. What are the key differences between standard and professional accounts?

Standard account is mainly used by students and testers, it's fairly cheap and has limitation of 20 cases to be saved. Standard users are not allowed to save actual patient data and will never be able to remove/reduce the watermarks from the exported designs.

Pro account is mainly used by professionals such as dentists, a lab, and/or any organization that needs more control over patients data. It's more expensive and supports lots of functionality including exporting arch images as well as allowing to store patients data.

5. What account type should I choose?

If you're a tester or a student or doesn't want any fancy stuff then you can go for the standard account. If you're a dentist, a laboratory, an organization, need to store patient data and have more control then a pro account is your best choice.

6. I've purchased a standard account but I want more control, is it possible to upgrade it to pro?

Yes definitely you can and it's free of charge, all you need to do is to login to your account, then from top-right corner click on the credits/time amount then click on upgrade account. This self-serve action will automatically converts all of your standard credits/time into pro credits/time (subject to rates at that time). Once your account is successfully upgraded, it's not possible to be downgraded again.

7. Can I downgrade my account?

That's not possible at this moment, if you need to use a standard account then you MUST create a new account.

8. am I allowed to use the exported images in my work/documentations etc?

You're permitted to use these images only if you don't remove EZRPD™ watermark and copyrights notice. Doing so will put you under legal obligations.

9. What should I do if the generated design isn't showing correctly?

Please contact our support with the exact case that you've generated, take a screenshot and attach it when you submit the ticket. Once we receive your report, our team will try and fix it as soon as possible.

10. I had different expectation for the design in terms of the position of the rest, clasp type etc, what should I do?

You're always welcome to give us your feedback and comments about specific designs. We can always add different variations for any case. Please contact our support with your comments and let us know your thoughts and ideas.

11. I represent an organization i.e. a university, can I get licenses in bulk? and is it possible to get a discount?

Yes definitely it's possible to sell licenses in bulk, as well as we offer discounts depending on the volume. Please contact our support for more information.

12. I represent an organization, is it possible to get extra features/functionality for our users?

Yes it can be done depends on what kind of feature(s) you're looking for, our workload and if it's custom. However, Building new/custom features for specific customers can be done under a contract agreed by both parties. For more information please contact our support and let's talk about it.

13. Can I get an account by time instead of by credit?

Yes it's possible but it'll be very expensive and you can't share it with anyone else. For more information please contact our support.

14. I used the account few times and I'm done with it, is it possible to get a refund for the rest of the credits/time?

No it's not possible, once you use the service you MUST use all of your credits/time.

15. I've purchased credits but I decided not to use the service at all, will I get a full refund?

If you haven't generated any design, it's possible to give you a full refund. Please keep in mind we can't offer refunds after 14 days from the purchase.

16. Will I get a refund if the service didn't work or has glitches?

We possibly can offer you a partial refund based on our findings. However, all refunds will be offered before 14 days from the purchase.

17. Where will I get the refund?

If you're eligible for a refund, we will reverse that transaction from the same payment gateway that you've used to purchase credits/time.

18. Will I get credits if I refer a friend to your service?

Currently we don't have a referral program.

19. I like your product and I wanna help to spread the word, can I be a marketer and get commissions?

We'd be happy if you can bring new ideas to the table, Please contact our support to get in touch.

20. Is it possible to use your APIs to integrate it with our service?

Unfortunately, currently we don't support that.

21. I can't pay using a paypal/credit card. Is there another way to purchase more credits/time?

Possibly, please contact our support to arrange that.

22. Will I get a refund if I delete the account?

No it's not possible. All of the credits/time will be expired once you do so.

23. What will happen to the patients data after I delete my account?

Patients data will be kept on our servers for statistical and analytical purposes (to generate accurate results). However, for privacy purposes we will remove the addresses, contact info and last name of the patients.

24. My patient wants to get his/her data fully removed, is that possible?

Definitely, please contact us to do that for you.
